Equalize Your Asana,
Upstate Retreat to Heathen Hill
JULY 17 - 19, 2009

Join Joelle Hann and Stephanie Sandleben for an upstate getaway to Heathen Hill Retreat Center this summer. Located in the northern Catskills, this peaceful retreat destination is an ideal place to rest and recharge. Spend your weekend practicing yoga, swimming, hitting the hot tub, playing badminton and horseshoes and hiking and fishing.

We will focus on incorporating bandhas and pranayama into the asana class to create a powerful and peaceful practice. We will have time for meditation as well as basking in the sun, swimming in the pond, and enjoying the beautiful upstate setting.
